Executive Team
Charles Broodie is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Founder of Furniture World Private College. Renowned in Soshanguve, he has established a number of flourishing businesses in the area including retail, distribution, and a funeral parlour. He acquired technical education in Civil Engineering and Construction, Carpentry, and Joinery Cabinet Making, and is also a qualified Artisan.
Under his leadership, FWPC has been awarded FP&M Seta's certificate of best practice as a Skills Development Provider for both Rural and Township settings, a testament to the college's commitment to quality and community impact.
Jacob Selwane serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Furniture World Private College (FWPC), one of South Africa's most respected providers of further education and vocational skills training. In his role, Selwane is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the college, ensuring that its programmes, partnerships, and people work in seamless alignment with FWPC's core mission.
Selwane brings to the role a deep appreciation for the transformative power of skills education. He understands that equipping individuals with vocational and technical competencies is not merely a professional exercise — it is an act of social investment that ripples outward into families and communities.
Management Team
FWPC's College Management team brings together a diverse and dedicated group of professionals spanning operations, human resources, finance, administration, quality assurance, and student support. Led by experienced operational leadership, the team ensures that the college's programmes are delivered with consistency and impact across all nine provinces.
